Courageous Conversations: July 2026
Advanced Extreme Self Care
Grounded in Sara Thingvold’s Extreme Self-Care Model, this yearlong journey—The Year of Courageous Conversations—invites you to experience intentional living through mindful dialogue and relational integrity.
Each month offers a transformative space to strengthen emotional clarity, deepen connection, and expand personal resilience. Together, we’ll explore how mindful communication becomes both a mirror and a medicine—transforming how you lead, love, and live.
July Focus: Building Resilience to Shame and Vulnerability
Strengthen your courage with research-informed insights and practical tools for rising after emotional challenges. We’ll explore healthy responses to shame, cultivate self-compassion, and develop language for vulnerability that builds trust and repair.
These live sessions blend teaching, reflection, and interactive conversation to help you notice shame triggers, practice grounded boundaries, and respond with clarity and care. You’ll leave with simple practices to foster belonging and brave leadership at work and at home.

What Are Courageous Conversations?
Courageous Conversations are the dialogues we often avoid—the ones that call for vulnerability, honesty, and grace.
They:
- Require conscious effort to listen attunely and speak truthfully
- Foster healthier relationships and deeper understanding
- Catalyze personal and professional growth
- Lead to meaningful change through emotional self-awareness and authenticity
These sessions create a safe space to practice the art of meaningful, mindful communication.
