Sara Thingvold began coaching and training others as a sophomore in high school through the Community Education Department in her hometown of Wahpeton, ND. She founded Valley Coaching in 2009 while living in Stillwater, MN. The company has evolved to where it is today, Thingvold Coaching and Consulting.

She is a thought leader passionate about connection and collaboration. Partnering, encouraging, and supporting individuals, teams, organizations, and couples.

With Sara's deep understanding of human behavior and her fun spirit, she helps people feel comfortable and valued.

Sara's heart lives with her family. She and her husband have been married for 30 years.

They have two wonderful young adult children, a lovely daughter-in-law, and an adorable grandson. Sara is a University of Nebraska – Lincoln graduate and Husker Volleyball Alumni.

She enjoys being active inside and outside, cooking, gardening, running, reading and writing, playing games, art and crafting, being her best self, and living her life with purpose and meaning.

She is passionate about exercising her mind, body, and spirit and intentionally strengthening how she leads herself.
