At this level, we will conduct training that educates leaders on how to have courageous conversations. Courageous Conversations are those in which you initiate to discuss the issues you would rather avoid. In this training, participants will discover their unique personality traits and builds upon the extreme self care model and training. A key to growing is learning how others perceive your personality tendencies. The results of this training will be transformative, increasing your ability to have courageous conversations.
