Each month in the Advanced Extreme Self-Care Mastery Circle, we recalibrate and renew our mindsets, strengthening our ability to stay seated in our wise adult selves. December’s focus: Application and Celebration
When a person begins to create a consistent routine of intentionally living out a morning mindfulness discipline, great things happen. They can achieve trackable results and measurable improvements in various ways. Some ways could be: focus, stress reduction, mood, and overall wellbeing. Participants are invited to share specific areas of growth they have noticed for themselves.
