Grounded in Sara Thingvold’s Extreme Self-Care Model, this yearlong journey—The Year of Courageous Conversations—invites you to experience intentional living through mindful dialogue and relational integrity.

Each month offers a transformative space to strengthen emotional clarity, deepen connection, and expand personal resilience. Together, we’ll explore how mindful communication becomes both a mirror and a medicine—transforming how you lead, love, and live.

April Focus: Overcoming Imposter Syndrome

Step fully into your strengths by releasing self-doubt and embracing your authentic confidence. This session helps you name imposter patterns, challenge unhelpful narratives, and practice grounded self-affirmation so your voice aligns with your values and your impact.

These live sessions blend teaching, reflection, and interactive conversation to clarify your strengths, reframe inner criticism, and cultivate a wise, steady presence. You’ll leave with practical tools to show up with integrity at work, at home, and in the spaces you influence.
