The pattern of human concerns, as it relates to morning mindfulness, refers to the tapestry of psychological basic needs, values, emotions, and intentions that shape one’s experience and motivation from the very moment the day begins. A morning mindfulness practice that honors The Pattern of Human Concerns — through the lens of extreme self-care — means intentionally checking in with body, mind, and spirit in those first quiet moments of the day, before the world’s demands kick in. It is more than a checklist. It’s a radical commitment to self-care.
