This group is specifically for men seeking an encouraging and supportive group to connect with – a space that invites you to participate without any commitment besides showing up.
The topics vary each month and are designed to invite engaging conversation. If you’ve been feeling adrift in life or are motivated to strengthen your foundation, stay grounded in your purpose, values, strengths, and vision for your legacy, this is the place for you.
Our goal is to have minimally 5 to 6 men in this group.
Somethings To Think About:
- Loneliness increases the risk of death by 45%
- Poor relationships are as bad for your health as smoking 15 cigarettes a day.
- Tougher on your body than obesity.
- It is associated with an increased risk of developing coronary heart disease and stroke.
- The risk of high blood pressure tends to increase.
- Severe depression is associated with early mortality.
- It places you at a greater risk of having cognitive decline and dementia.
