Purpose: Living a relationally mindful and healthy life.
Core Values:
- Spirituality
- Empathy
- Integrity
- Thankfulness
- Fun & Play/Creativity
I began playing sports at a young age - tap dance, t-ball, and piano were some of my first activities. Along with sports, I learned German and was in the school choir. In high school, I started with the trumpet, let go of the trumpet, and tried out the clarinet. A decision came that I could either be in plays, choir and play instruments or participate in sports. In my high school, we could not do both.
I began coaching and training others as a sophomore in high school. Sara is a University of Nebraska—Lincoln graduate and a Husker Volleyball Alumni. She started her coaching and consulting business in 2008 while living in Stillwater, MN.
I partner with and walk alongside you where you are, helping you achieve your goals—individually and as couples, in teams and work groups, at home and at work.
I have written an Extreme Self Care Program, in English and Spanish, designed to take you on a deeper dive into your cognitive, emotional, physiological, and spiritual self. This workbook style book is part of a grouping of books that flow from the foundational book, Living A Flourishing Life - A 12 Daily Drive Journey, written in English and Spanish, published on Amazon for easy access for coaching and consulting clients, as we used it for its resource pages. In the spring of 2024, the workbook started an update process, dividing it into two separate programs, inserting YouTube UPC modules and links for people ages 15 to 85. There is also a Daily Drive Journal in sage green and black and a Daily Drive Planner in English and Spanish.

Feedback from those I work with:
I study and value the work of Pia Melody and have studied her work. She brings a genuine, warm regard for herself and others. I, too, am passionate about being intentional within my purpose, values, and vision. I am transparent, confidential, authentic, and a continual work in progress myself in living relationally mindful. Living consciously and intentionally in exercising and deepening my mind, body, and spirit will be a lifelong process - intentionally strengthening how I lead myself so that I can be a healthy human.
